Health experts issue caution over unapproved peptides as FDA weighs easing restrictions

The FDA is convening an advisory committee over the next two days to discuss whether compounding pharmacies can dispense seven unapproved peptides with a doctor's prescription for special medical conditions. Some health experts are skeptical because of the lack of research.
